The Sussex Innovation Centre, located near Brighton, has access to many prospective candidates to fill recruitment needs.  This new initiative stems from our successful record for running the Shell Step programme and more recently the SEEDA programme.  Our commitment (to SINC tenant companies only) is outlined below:

• To provide a selection of high quality student CV’s for the proposed position offered by the tenant company.
• Provide up to Masters degree students to our tenants/virtual tenants as an adjunct to our already existing comprehensive service.
• To provide high quality full time or flexi students to carry out specific projects – eg marketing, accounting, IT, literature design, web design, engineering etc. 
• Interviews, rates of pay, H & S and terms and conditions to be the responsibility of the tenant company.  The tenant company is also responsible for issuing a contract.
• A management fee of £250 will be charged to the tenant company for each successful placement immediately the student begins their project.
• Every endeavour will be made by SInC to provide a useful and beneficial service to our valued tenant companies.
