Sales course: 2 x half days
We are running this practical course on selling and negotiation skills over Tuesday 21st and Thursday 23rd February 2012. The course covers the art of opening doors to new clients, one of the most challenging parts of selling. In addition, we will cover the basic sales process, high level negotiation skills and closing sales.
Who should attend
These sessions were designed for those involved in selling or for those managing salespeople. It is also for those who need to sell but for whom selling is either new to them, tedious, frightening or uninteresting.
Course outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to;
- Understand and apply the sales process
- Construct proposals for clients that have been designed for easy negotiation
- Use and demonstrate high level sales negotiation skills
- Prepare and present pitches to board level decision-makers
- Apply tools and techniques for staying motivated and positive.
