John Kingsley is a Tax Partner and Chartered Tax Adviser with more than 15 years’ experience of advising SMEs and their owners on the tax issues facing them. John has recently advised a high profile Brighton business on tax-efficient fundraising using the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
Mark Collins
Mark Collins is a Tax Partner and Chartered Tax Adviser with more than 25 years’ experience of dealing with tax aspects for small fast growing businesses. He is the National Head of the Employer Consulting Group and has specialised in helping companies implement all forms of share incentives for almost 20 years.
