American Express Technologies
American Express run a 2-year part-time Master of Science programme at the University of Sussex. In addition to their study, the students work 30 hours per week in the Innovation Centre. The programme has three main aims:

To create an IT talent pipeline.

To establish an economically competitive and sustainable IT development centre.

To add value to American Express through focused research projects.
High performing employees will also have the opportunity to join the mainstream technologies organisation after graduating.
