CALIDA UK Limited was formed at the beginning of 2008 following the successful completion of a joint venture development project between Broomleigh Housing Association and social housing software developers TBS Limited. The project was a union of knowledge and expertise that led to the development and launch of CALIDA’s first product CAL-Environment. TBS Limited a company established in 2004 under the direction of Steven Callahan had a strong background in developing housing systems and providing consultancy to the majority of Greater London Housing Associations has been fully integrated into CALIDA UK Limited.
