Elektro Magnetix is a electromagnetic designs company that designs, prototypes and tests electric machines, to customer requirements. Elektro Magnetix provides a link between academic research and the commercial applications required by industries to produce high tech designs. The company uses modern design software, backed-up by finite element analysis and prototyping, with project management using TQC methods. Elektro won a Smart award in 2002 to develop a new cooling system for induction motors.
