Ignitho Technologies are celebrating this week after being recognised at the prestigious Brighton and Hove Business Awards (BAHBAs).

The BAHBAs have been running for thirteen years and are designed to raise awareness and celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of Brighton and Hove. They acknowledge companies who are helping to build the Brighton brand. The awards are organised by the Platinum Publishing Group, and previous winners have included Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Infinity Foods and Brighton Pride.

Ignitho Technologies won in the ‘Innovation in Business’ category, sponsored by the University of Brighton. The award was created to showcase outstanding innovation, either by developing new products or introducing a new process or system to an existing business.

Ignitho is a digital technology solutions company specialising in rapid application development and scalable application management. Founded in 2013, Ignitho has expanded with offices reaching from London to San Jose and Kochi. The leadership team are all senior IT industry professionals who have led business growth and delivery in key western markets for the likes of Accenture, Cognizant Mindtree and HP.

The business is rapidly gaining recognition as a market leader in IT application services, and the various methodologies they have created under the banner of ‘frugal innovation’ provide their customers with the ability to do more with less. Its founders explained the frugal methodology in an interview with Sussex Innovation, ahead of the InnoFrugal 2018 conference earlier this year.

The cost-effective and refreshing approach to technological innovation made them a top candidate for this distinguished award at the ceremony which took place on the 14th of July 2018 at the Hilton Brighton Metropole.

Ignitho is a Digital Technology Solutions company, recognised as a preferred partner for Digital Applications and Innovation for enterprises using Frugal Innovation methodology.
