Special Knowledge Hub for Brighton Digital Festival and World Mental Health Day.

This Knowledge Hub explores how PsyTech (technology built around the subject of psychology) is being used to improve our wellbeing. We've invited speakers from two Brighton based companies, Bounce and WeThrive, to discuss their products and the benefits they can provide to individuals, employees and employers.

Christopher Weeks, Bounce - Bounce's core mission is to inspire and support everyone to better look after their mental health. The team use technology to build preventative solutions to improve people's mental health that are based on scientific research and data, while having a low barrier entry. Christopher Weeks is co-founder and CEO of Bounce, he specialises in digital technologies, innovation and start-ups. He is hugely passionate about the role technology can play in having a positive impact on the world.

Pier Bishop, WeThrive - Piers Bishop, MA, MABP is founder of employee engagement and survey platform WeThrive where he created the 4Cs model for intelligent performance, making it easy to understand the causes of stress and anxiety in the workplace and the negative effect they have on motivation, engagement and performance. Piers is also a Founder and Director of Therapy at PTSD Resolution, a charity which provides counselling for former armed forces, reservists and their families.

The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session.
