Join Plus Accounting on 25th May for their Workshop 'How to set your business up financially and legally'.
This workshop is aimed at those wanting to know more about starting a business, anticipating high growth with an annual turnover in excess of £100,000. Some of the areas which will be discussed are;
- Business plans
- Shareholders Agreement
- Directors Loan Agreement
- Registering with HMRC for Tax and National Insurance
- VAT Registration
- Appropriate trading status both financially & legally i.e. sole trader, partnership or limited company
- Record Keeping
Laurel Giles- Laurel is the Business Services Assistant Manager at Plus Accounting. Laurel qualified under ACCA in July 2016 and she is responsible for assisting the managers with their portfolio of clients in the Business Services team.
Samantha Oakley- Samantha is a Commercial Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department at Healys LLP. Samantha offers a range of advice and assistance to enable you to successfully run your business including how best to protect and exploit your intellectual property, GDPR and data protection compliance and consumer rights compliance for B2C companies.
Charlie Pattihis- Charlie is a solicitor at Healys LLP and advises on corporate and commercial matters. He has experience in preparing companies to be listed on AIM, corporate and commercial M&A, structuring and re-organisations, start-up investment, secured lending as well as advising on and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
