In order to become a trusted advisor who your clients turn to again and again you have to create, develop and nurture a relationship with them. The workshops will be a mixture of coaching, peer exchange and action learning sets, giving you the practical tools and confidence to drive your business forwards. We want these workshops to be of maximum value to you, so you will have a direct input into shaping what’s covered.
Who should join?
Any Sussex Innovation members (based in Croydon or Falmer) who have a responsibility for business development/sales and want to improve their skills to close more deals. These workshops are particularly focussed on B2B facilitative selling, so aren’t suited to members who are B2C or for high volume SaaS businesses (if there is sufficient demand for either of these kinds of groups to be formed, they will be considered).
