Project Management Workshop from Project Management On Demand

Date: Monday 17th October

Time: 1-2pm

Venue: Sussex Innovation Centre, Seminar Room

Project Management Workshop

Come along and listen to a short presentation from Project Management On Demand that will outline why project management is important. There will be an overview of different methodology types, typical project documentation, an overview of some popular project systems used within industry and different PM routes that you could take. They will then lead into a question and discussion period.

1:1 Sessions

It may be that you have some specific project management questions surrounding process, systems or documentation or it could be that you would just like a general chat about why project management is a fundamental as your company grows.  It's an open session with you and it can take any route you wish. If you’d like to book one please email Nadine Schofield:

Want to chat before we meet?

If you'd like to speak with Project Management on Demand before the session, please do.  This can allow a focus on some specifics in the meeting; a current proposal, a costing, a client difficult within a project, help with a schedule.

Why Project Management?

Integrating project management into a business and team will make it run more effectively and profitably; providing a stable platform by incorporating suitable project process supported by systems and documentation.

Who are Project Management On Demand?

Having been set up and running for seven years now, PMOD are a consultancy of skilled digital project managers who work agency and client side for companies that have a project management requirement but maybe not the need, capacity or budget, for a full time PM.  There may be just a need for some help on responding to an RFP and coming to a pitch with you.  As a small business yourself, we understand that sharing knowledge and advising on an area of expertise can be hugely beneficial to small businesses and start-ups.
